Introducing the handmade sisal tray basket from Hadithi Crafts. A beautiful and handy companion in the kitchen as display and storage for your bread and fruit.
Available in two sizes and four colours: Turmeric Yellow, Coral Red, Airforce Blue, and Natural Black.
The shades of beige, and black colours are obtained with natural dye, using soil or the bark of trees.
The yellow, red and blue sisal are dyed in the Hadithi Dye Centre.

To add a personal touch, the weaver sews a cardboard piece with her name, ensuring a connection between you and the artisan behind your basket.

Based in the Tsavo region of Kenya, Hadithi works with women artisans who create handcrafted pieces using natural fibres and traditional skills. The surrounding wild spaces and environment shape both the materials and the process.
