Adjustable Maasai Bracelet - Narrow - Oldonyo Design
$26.00 USD
Maasai bracelet — leather and beads. A comfortable, durable bracelet to suit your mood. One size fits all.
This is the Oldonyo design — the signature pattern of the Oldonyo women's beading group in Tsavo, south-east Kenya. One of the group's beaders designed this bracelet for you.
Materials: leather, glass Czech beads, sliding macrame knot with adjustable size. Size: width 1cm, length 14cm, adjustable strap opens to 26cm, closes to 15cm.
By purchasing this piece, you support a woman in a remote, dry part of south-east Kenya where beading provides vital income — for her, and for the 1,900 artisans across 64 women's groups that Hadithi supports — along with the conservation of threatened forest and wildlife in the Tsavo area.
