Wholesale Ordering with Hadithi Crafts

We love partnering with stockists around the world to bring our handmade sisal baskets and accessories to your customers. To make ordering as seamless as possible, we don't require you to create a separate wholesale account or log in to a different portal. You can shop directly from our main catalog.

How Wholesale Pricing Works

Our wholesale pricing is available for orders of 30 items or more. Pricing will automatically adjust in your cart once this quantity is reached.

• The Discount: Once you add 30 or more wholesale-eligible items to your cart, wholesale pricing will be applied to those items.

• Mix and Match: You don't need to buy 30 of the same item! You can mix and match SKUs, sizes, and colors across our catalog to reach the 30-item minimum.

Payment Options

When checking out with a wholesale order (30+ items), you have two choices for how to pay:

1. Pay by Invoice (Preferred) Highly recommended for our repeat wholesale partners. Select the "Pay by Invoice (Wholesale Orders)" option at checkout. No payment will be taken immediately. We will review your order, calculate the most accurate shipping rate, and send you a single, complete invoice (products + shipping) within 24 hours.

2. Pay Now (Products Only) If you prefer, you can pay for your products immediately at checkout using a credit or debit card. Please note that international shipping is not charged at this stage. We will manually calculate your shipping costs based on your destination and the volume of your order, and send you a separate shipping invoice within 24 hours.

Shipping Your Order

Because our sisal baskets are handmade and vary in size and weight, standard shipping calculators don't always get it right for bulk orders. Here is how we handle delivery:

International Wholesale Orders

• At checkout, your shipping will show as "Shipping calculated after order" ($0.00).

• Once your order is placed (whether you chose to Pay Now or Pay by Invoice), we will pack your items, secure the best possible courier rate, and contact you within 24 hours with a shipping quote and an estimated dispatch date.

Domestic Orders (Within Kenya)

• Wholesale orders (30+ items) shipped within Kenya are charged a flat rate of $20 via Wells Fargo.

VAT & eTIMS for Kenyan Stockists

For our Kenyan customers, all prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. An official eTIMS invoice will be issued and sent to your email after your purchase is finalized. Please email us you PIN number to sales@hadithicrafts.com.
