Shipping policy

Delivery in Kenya

For deliveries within Kenya, we charge a flat rate of 8 USD / 800 KES. We use Wells Fargo courier.

 

International delivery

For international deliveries, We ship only with DHL, and you’ll be able to track your package to your door. 

Our Delivery charge is the same to any country outside of Kenya. We made a flat global shipping rate per size box. 

The delivery charges are calculated at checkout depending on the box that fits the largest item you buy.

 

 

  • Box S (21x21x22 cm) 30 USD.

Anything you buy of size S or smaller, fits in a box S. This box fits around 10 of our products of size S or smaller for the same shipping price.

  • Box M (29x29x29 cm) 45 USD.

If you buy one or more medium baskets, we need to use a box M. This box fits around 10 of our products of size M or smaller for the same shipping price.

  • Box L (32x32x31cm) 55 USD.

If you buy one or more large basket, we will need to use box L for shipping. Box L fits around 10 of our products of size L and smaller for the same shipping price.

 

 


 

The shipping price remains the same if you fill your box with several items.

Our shipping boxes are especially designed to fit each size basket as economically as possible. 

The baskets fit nicely inside one another, and the baskets are light. When you add a few smaller items to your box, the shipping price remains the same.Your shipping cost will be most well worth if you buy several items at once.

Duties and taxes

 

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be added once your shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package.  


 

How it works

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. All orders will be dispatched from our workshop within 2-5 days of the payment being received.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to amend the delivery location or redirect your order.
